Kim Freeman, former magazine editor in New York and Paris, and now a devoted Bordelaise foodie, welcomes you into her 20th century Bordelaise House for a relaxed evening discovering Bordeaux’s local food and wine, all sourced from the central market and local chateaux.
Begin the evening with an aperitif; continue on to the specialties of Southwest France, enjoy a selection of local cheeses, and then delight in a grand finale of the area’s three famous desserts.
